Steriani Elavsky (CZE)

Steriani Elavsky is a kinanthropologist specializing in the psychology of movement. She studied at the University of Ostrava and then at the University of Illionis. She then spent 17 years in the USA, working at Pennsylvania State University on aging and the impact of physical activity on quality of life in elderly people and menopausal women. At the University of Ostrava, she works at the Department of Human Movement Studies, Faculty of Education.
