Stanislav Mišák is the head of the Centre for Energy and Environmental Technologies (CEET) – a renowned university institute of VSB-TUO, which dedicates its efforts to research and development in the field of low-carbon and sustainable energy in line with the circular economy principles.

 

 

His career is focused on advancing low-carbon technology research and development, aiming to secure the Czech Republic’s independence in raw materials and energy. He is the leader of the National Energy Centre, which brings together more than 30 research organisations and industrial partners in the pursuit of cutting-edge energy solutions. He is the principal investigator of many research and strategic projects at national and international levels and participates in consortia focused on pressing issues like energy decarbonisation.
