Lukáš started working as a project manager for international projects in more than 50 countries at the headquarters of Red Bull during his studies at university. He then founded his first company - Silent Disco Czech Republic. He was a co-founder of the event Korzo Národní and the association Díky, že můžem, in which he served as its chairman until 2021.
In 2019, he coordinated the celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution in Prague as part of the Freedom Festival platform. Currently, he is dedicated to leading the company Space Makers s.r.o., which creates virtual worlds on digital platforms for major brands from around the world and has created over 150 virtual worlds in the last three years. He managed the successful candidacy of the city of České Budějovice for European Capital of Culture in 2028 and is now the director of the registered institute České Budějovice - European Capital of Culture.
