H. H. Maharani Radhikaraje Gaekwad, an Aspen Global Leadership Network Fellow and honorary doctorate recipient from the University of East London, is actively involved in various philanthropic and cultural endeavors. She serves as Vice President of the Maharani Chimnabai Stree Udyogalaya, Trustee of the Maharaja Fatesingh Museum, and Director of the CDS Art Foundation.

With a background in journalism and a Master's in medieval Indian history, she has significantly contributed to preserving India's royal heritage, including documenting the Lukshmi Vilas Palace and reviving traditional textiles like Chanderi and Baroda Shalu. Radhikaraje organizes the Lukshmi Vilas Palace Heritage Garba and spearheads initiatives such as the Pink Line project and the Heat to Feet project. She has been recognized as one of India’s Top 50 Women in Indian Luxury and awarded for her social entrepreneurship and heritage revival efforts. Additionally, she promotes crafts through the Urja fair and fosters arts and culture via the Maharaja Ranjitsinh Gaekwad Festival of Arts. An avid traveler, she has visited over 50 countries and is among the few Indian women to take a polar dip in Antarctica.
