Dalibor obtained his PhD at the Faculty of Business Administration at the Silesian University in Karviná, where he is now an assistant professor at the Department of Business Economics and Management. His work at the university focuses on promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and the development of young entrepreneurs.

Dalibor was a key figure in the founding of the Business Gate Entrepreneurship Support Centre, which serves as an incubator for budding entrepreneurs and provides them with the necessary resources, mentoring and support to develop their business ideas.
