Computer scientist
She holds a PhD in Information Science from Charles University in Prague. At the Institute of Informatics of Silesian University in Opava she teaches courses related to social media, media literacy and information behaviour. She is particularly interested in the connection between technology and social issues in the public space, as well as in the analysis of how it affects individual behaviour.
She regularly contributes to professional papers and participates in conferences to present her research and innovative approaches. She believes that the key to successful integration of technology into society is an emphasis on ethics and responsibility. Therefore, she actively promotes media literacy awareness and advocates responsible use of technology.
