Most people know him as a traveller thanks to the Travel Bible project. But Matouš has been intensely interested in health and the human body for over a decade. He seeks to understand in depth the connections and the real effect of our habits on long-term health.
Matouš has always enjoyed experimenting on himself to find out what is good and bad for his body. He has tried everything from a purely raw diet to heaps of supplements and exercise to the Whole30 eating program and dark therapy. But his body always brings him back to being as simple and natural as possible. For Matouš, it's the fusion of current scientific knowledge with simplicity and practicality that is the main goal of the Vitalvibe Longevity project he co-founded.
