Filip is an expert in digital innovation and its implementation in companies. He has founded Digiskills, Aibility (ex-Digitask) and nowork.ai projects that develop new skills in hundreds of companies and tens of thousands of people in the Czech Republic and abroad. He is the author of many innovations that today serve as the basis for training and development programs in major Czech companies.

He wrote the first Czech book on digital transformation, HOT: Jak uspět v digitálním světě (How to Succeed in the Digital World, 2017), and the bestseller Budoucnost nepráce (The Future of Non-Work, 2023), which discusses the future of work in the age of AI. Philip has won LIGS Awards for innovative projects in adult education and is a sought-after speaker at conferences, including prestigious events such as TEDx.
