At VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, he dedicates his expertise to the conservation of technical heritage and the reproduction of components for historical vehicles. Since 2019, he has served as a guiding force behind the VSB-TUO Restoration Workshop, which he co-founded. Since 2020, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Machine and Industrial Design, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, VSB-TUO. His professional and academic pursuits focus on the study of technical heritage as well as CNC machining technology. He is the author of several patents and publishes professional articles in renowned journals.
Beyond his academic and research commitments, he has spent over a decade evaluating the authenticity of classic vehicles. His passion for historic automobiles is also evident in his participation and multiple victories in the prestigious classic car rally 1000 Miles of Czechoslovakia.
