Karel Rehka is a Czech soldier, Lieutenant General of the Czech Armed Forces. From July 2022, he has been the Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces.

Between 2010 and 2014, he was the Commander of the 601st Special Forces Group, between 2014 and 2017, Director of the Special Forces of the Czech Ministry of Defence, and between 2017—2020, he was the deputy commander of the NATO Multinational Division Northeast in Elbląg, Poland. He also held the position of director of the National Cyber and Information Security Agency from March 2020 to June 2022. He is the recipient of many state honours.
