Jan Míča (CZE)

Digital Leader at the European Commission Representation

Jan currently works as a Digital Leader at the European Commission Representation in Prague. His portfolio consists of social media presentation, online and offline campaigns, strategic communication, monitoring and debunking disinformation as well as digital policy of the European Commission.

Before that, he served as the Head of the European Digital Agenda Unit at the Czech Government Office in the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalisation. Jan took part in the Czech EU Presidency when his team was responsible for negotiating of Artificial Intelligence Act and other EU digital initiatives.
Jan is a member of the Advisory Board of the Women4Cyber Czechia initiative and ambassador for česko.digital.
