Barbara Marethová (CZE)

Archaeologist

Since 2003, he has been working as an archaeologist at the National Heritage Institute, first at the territorial department in Central Bohemia and since 2009 in Ostrava. She is currently the head of the Department of Archaeological Research.

She focuses mainly on the area excavations of urban plots in the historic cores of Opava and Ostrava. In addition to the development of medieval towns, she also deals with the topic of medieval burials.
