Promoter, manager of social programmes

Founder and manager of the Hard&Smart programme, which is part of the Podané ruce company. This platform is to date the professional assistance body that intervenes most significantly in the nightlife and entertainment environment of the Czech Republic. It is a member of the European service network Party+/ NEW Net, which focuses on this environment in a broader context.

Otakar has many years of experience as a field worker in Field Programmes in Brno. He has participated in the international research projects Safer Party, Localize It!, Stop Sexual Violence and other European projects focused on research and implementation into practice in the field of prevention of drug use, drug addiction and related pathological phenomena. He has also been part of the dance scene for 20 years as a DJ, producer and promoter.
Otakar also draws on the above expertise to work with selected companies on their CRS campaigns, such as the Respect 18 project, where he acts as an expert guarantor and advisor.
