David Vrba (CZE)

He has devoted a significant part of his career to the global technology company 3M. He held several managerial positions in it, including the role of CEO of 3M Czech Republic. He worked as a transformation manager and, among other things, as Interim COO at Zátiší Group or EDUA Group.

David has been mentoring, coaching, and conducting workshops for the past eight years. He helps companies create an innovative and agile corporate culture based on creativity and humanity. He is a big supporter of lifelong learning. He focuses on the development of young managers and also accompanies leaders through their midlife period. He is the co-founder of Digiskills and Modern Midlife Mentors.
